What are the data structures?

A data structure is a method of organising the data so that it can be used efficiently. For illustration, a mound is an ADT (Abstract data type) which uses either arrays or linked list data structures for the perpetration. Thus, we conclude that we bear some data structure to apply a particular ADT. 

Data Structure can be defined as the group of data rudiments which provides an effective way of storing and arranging the data in the computer so that it can be used efficiently.
